Anne Morgenstern & Kylie Mosey
Kylie Mosey is a Level 1 Kundalini Yoga instructor and has been practicing since attending her first class in 2016. She describes her first experience as like nothing she had ever seen, felt or heard before, a match made in heaven.
She is a mum of four, living in the Adelaide Hills.
Kundalini Yoga has given her the opportunity to understand herself on a much deeper level and she assists her students to find their true self through the technology of this yoga.
Kylie is proud to be a part of Kundalini Community and is thrilled to be able to offer this amazing yoga with regular classes in Mount Barker.
Teacher Bio Anne:
I’m Anne Morgenstern and my yoga journey began exactly 10 years ago. After my first Kundalini Yoga class I was hooked. I felt peaceful, uplifted and connected. I started the Teacher Training to learn more about the practice and about myself. In 2014 I finished my training with the Amritnam Sarovar School in France. I am a KRI certified teacher of Level 1 and 2 and have been teaching classes in Hamburg, Germany, where I am originally from. Through one of my Kundalini Yoga teachers I was introduced to Amanae, a powerful and effective form of transformational bodywork that helps to release old emotional blockages. Again, I was deeply touched and thrilled to learn more, so I started the training at the European School of Amanae in Belgium. Since 2018 I am a certified practitioner of Amanae Transformational Bodywork. I moved to Adelaide with my husband and soon got in touch with the wonderful Kundalini Yoga Community around here. I am currently teaching classes at Brighton and Norwood and work as an Amanae practitioner at Brighton.
