Heidi’s teaching style is warm and supportive and her classes highlight the interconnectedness of body, mind and breath.
As a full time member of the Royal Australia Air Force, Heidi initially pursued yoga as a physical practice but soon realised that the practice for her, had become much more. For the first time in her life, Heidi felt connected, strong and safe.
Wanting to share the practice with others, in 2012 Heidi completed Sivananda Hatha Yoga Teaching Training in Uttarkashi, India. And she has taught yoga ever since. In 2014, Heidi went back to India and completed advanced training and remains committed and engaged in further study and trainings each year. Heidi is a Registered Level 2 Yoga Instructor with Yoga Australia.
