Libby has a passion for movement. Having moved in one way or another her whole life, Libby found yoga in 2005 and hasn’t looked back.
A practitioner of both Vinyasa and Iyengar styles of yoga, Libby believes in building a strong asana practise by building on a sequence of foundational poses. Her focus is on helping you develop a regular practise grounded in technique and build your confidence in (and love of) yoga.
Libby’s focus on Mat Pilates allows students to come back to the basics and build strength through the core while focusing on increasing mobility and flexibility.
Libby founded Studio Practise after completing her Yoga and Mat Pilates teacher trainings in 2020. Her goal in life is to be moving well at 90.
