A dedicated yogi, Jen has been sharing her love of yoga with others since 2016. She began practicing yoga early in life and took her first Yoga Teacher Training course in Nashik, India in 2005.
Her studies include traditional hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, meditation, pranayama, yoga therapy, and trauma-sensitive yoga.
Jen currently runs community-based classes in Tea Tree Gully as well as teaches yoga to soldiers in the Soldier Recovery Centre at the Royal Australian Air Force Base in Edinburgh.
