Lauren is passionate about awareness of the mind body connection in our fast paced society and adores inspiring her participants with Yoga and Mind Body classes. Lauren truly believes that embodying these practices helps to reconnect to ones true self through mindful movement and breath. Lauren’s mantra is that movement is for EVERYbody and she loves to ensure her classes are inclusive for all individuals. Lauren is also a mentor and presenter and enjoys empowering people to find their own mind body potential.Â
