Hello! I’m Grace, the teacher behind Open Gate Yoga. I created Open Gate Yoga so I could teach in the kind of spaces that I wanted to be in. Hatha style, that is inclusive, welcoming, and never intimidating. I am also a teacher (the non-yoga kind!) in a well-being focused school, and I bring my practices from that space to yoga. I create a space that is trauma-informed, inclusive, and most importantly, safe. At Open Gate, we are open for all.
