Initially, Pooja began incorporating yoga to compliment her training and focus on injury prevention, but she quickly grew a deeper cultural connection with her practice. Additionally, as a medical student, the more Pooja learns about the body and its anatomy/physiology, the more she appreciates yoga and its many benefits. Pooja is a certified group fitness instructor in multiple modalities and has several years of experience teaching a variety of energizing classes. She likes to be innovative to keep her classes fresh, fun, and challenging and enjoys motivating participants to achieve their goals.
