Hi my name is Samantha and I’m a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. I am intensely passionate about yoga and sharing my knowledge with others. The Iyengar method is a really practical style of yoga with the use of alignment and precision in the poses. In this method, we can adjust accordingly to any injuries. You will gain strength, mobility and flexibility and become quite aware of your body. A wonderful way to connect deeply to yourself. I have my own yoga school at the Henley Sailing Club in the west beach under the name Yoga Mandala. I also teach at Kensington school of yoga and Coast Yoga in Glenelg.
