My classes infuse accessible and dynamic Yoga + Movement to both mindfully explore self inquiry (svādhyāya) and alternate perspectives on what could | should feel good for you.
I love creating integrated offerings that both honour Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and the Vedas | yogas chitta vritti nirodhah | wisdoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine (East) and current Evidence Based research into Yoga & Meditation | Anatomy & Physiology (West).
I have trained across and teach // Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Myofascial Release, Prenatal & Childbirth Education.
